The course Law and Regulatory Control Studies consists following themes and Topics.

1.1. Definition of government and law;
1.2. Legal relations;
1.3. subjects and objects of legal relations;
1.4. Physical and Jurisdictional individuals;
1.5. Local Government Legislation/Act and Licenses requirement and regulations;
1.6. Professional ethics
2. PROPERTY RIGHTS:
2.1. Forms and types, Possession, use and disposal
3. BUILDING PLANS:
3.1. Submission of Building applications and drawings;
3.2. Procedural Checks;
3.3. Ownership verification;
3.4. Planning application forms; drawings fees, No objection certificates, Advertisements; etc.
3.5. Site visits, serving of notices;
3.6. Fines and compounding of violation.
3.7. Analysis of building proposals:
3.7.1. Conformity with the development plans,
3.7.2. Land use zoning,
3.7.3. Planning criteria,
3.7.4. Building byelaws,
3.7.5. Design guidelines,
3.7.6. Building line/parking requirements,
3.7.7. Chamfer requirements,
